Biography

Dr. Lucille Maddalena has an interdisciplinary doctorate in Human Communications and Labor Education from Rutgers, bridging human dynamics with work performance. A management consultant for almost twenty years she founded her own firm while a graduate student, worked for several national consulting groups and is now focusing her talents on individual, group and organization development through effective communications and group coaching.

Corporate executives and business owners alike have found Dr. Maddalena to be a useful ally to support a smooth transition from the role of technical expert to the position of leader.
